Leadership

In any situation where you are a leader, ask yourself:
•  Have I set forth a vision?
•  Are expectations clear?
•  Do I meet people's needs?
•  Do people have the resources needed to do their jobs?
•  Do I speak honestly and listen carefully?
•  Are behavioral boundaries clearly set?

If you have not done ALL of these things, you cannot blame people for poor performance.
